Most creations dry within 24–48 hours. Larger or thicker pieces may take slightly longer.

To keep leftover clay soft, store it in the resealable bag provided in the kit and avoid leaving the clay out too long, as it will begin to dry.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days, though delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. If your kit arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of the product, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
