What is Molded?

Molded is a beginner-friendly air-dry pottery kit designed to help you create beautiful ceramic-style pieces at home — no kiln, no prior experience, and no messy setup.

Do I need any pottery experience?

Not at all. The kit is designed for complete beginners and includes a step-by-step guide with easy projects, techniques, and inspiration.

How many projects can I make?

  • 500g kit: approximately 2-3 projects
  • 1kg kit: approximately 6-8 projects

This depends on the size and style of your creations.

Does the clay need baking or firing?

Nope. The clay is completely air-dry, so you don’t need a kiln, oven, or pottery wheel.

How long does the clay take to dry?

Most creations dry within 24–48 hours. Larger or thicker pieces may take slightly longer.

How to store the leftover clay?

To keep leftover clay soft, store it in the resealable bag provided in the kit and avoid leaving the clay out too long, as it will begin to dry.

Can children use the kit?

Yes! The kit is beginner-friendly and suitable for older children with adult supervision.

Is this suitable for gifting?

Absolutely. Molded comes in a premium gift-ready box, making it perfect for birthdays, date nights, housewarmings, bridal gifts, and creative experiences.

Can I paint my creations?

Yes. Once your piece is fully dry, you can paint it using the paints included in the kit and finish it with the gloss varnish.

What the final pieces be waterproof?

The varnish adds protection and shine, but the creations are not fully waterproof. We recommend using them for decorative purposes only.

Can I make mugs, plates, or functional pottery?


You can create decorative versions, but air-dry clay is not food-safe or suitable for direct heat/liquids.

Is the kit messy?

Not really. Air-dry clay is much cleaner and easier to work with than traditional pottery clay, making it perfect for home use.

Can this be used for date nights or group activities?



Yes — Molded is designed as an experience. It’s perfect for couples, friends, workshops, team activities, and mindful solo sessions.

How long does shipping take?

What if my kit arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I return the kit?

Due to the nature of the product, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
